Google reveals revenue share for AdSense publishers
Google has released details of the revenue share earned by publishers who use the Google AdSense program to monetize their sites. But only for two of the services provided by AdSense; AdSense for content (the ads you see on the page) and AdSense for search (the ads you see when you do a search on a website using one of Google’s custom search engines).
The nitty-gritty is this – AdSense for content earns you 68% of revenue spent by advertisers and AdSense for search earns you 51%.
So, for every $100 spent on your site(s) by an advertiser, you earn $68 (AdSense for content) and $51 (AdSense for search).
Google also says that these figures have never changed since AdSense for content launched in 2003.
